Credit: Samir HusseinThe Who have added a new date to the fall portion of its 2019 North American trek: an October 9 concert at the new Chase Center in downtown San Francisco.

Tickets for the show will go on sale to the general public this Friday, April 12, at LiveNation.com, while pre-sale tickets are available now. Visit TheWho.com for more details.

As previously reported, the band’s Moving On! Tour gets underway May 7 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The first leg wraps up June 1 in Toronto, while the second North American leg is plotted out from a September 6 concert in St. Paul, Minnesota, through an October 23 performance in Edmonton, Canada.

In other Who-related news, Roger Daltrey has joined the lineup of the Rock Legends Cruise VIII, which takes place from February 27 to March 2, 2020.

Daltrey, who also performed on the 2019 edition of the event, says in a statement, “I had such a great time playing Rock Legends Cruise earlier this year that me and my band are excited to return in 2020! This cruise is a benefit for a wonderful charity, The Native American Heritage Association.”

Other new additions to the bill of next year’s Rock Legends Cruise include Atlanta Rhythm Section, UFO and Wet Willie. Among the previously announced performers are Paul Rodgers, The DoorsRobby Krieger, ex-Supertramp singer Roger Hodgson, former Grand Funk Railroad frontman Mark Farner, Uriah Heep, Elvin Bishop and Jonny Lang.
