A new director has been found for the St. Joseph Public Schools Foundation.

Current Director Sue Riemland will retire at the end of this school year. The foundation says it embarked on a thorough search for her replacement this spring, and now it’s identified Jennifer Havlik as the next director.

Havlik has been a foundation committee member since 2019.

SJPS Foundation President Sam Abdelnour says Havlik’s passion for our schools and community, along with her experience in project management, budgeting and planning will continue to grow the SJPS Foundation’s mission to raise, steward, and distribute resources to enrich the education of students.” He says the foundation is excited to have her on the team.
