What will it take to make your company more productive this fall?

Staffing firm Robert Half surveyed more than 2,000 U.S. professionals and they say drivers of productivity are access to the right tools, clear goals and deadlines, and flexible schedules.

“It is so important because we’re in a very competitive hiring market,” Edlinger said. “Employers need to get the best from their current teams, so productivity isn’t about working longer hours. It’s about reducing burnout, keeping morale high and ensuring employees have what they need to get the job done.”

Edlinger says if employees aren’t happy, companies risk losing them.
