Courtesy Farm AidFor the sixth straight year, AXS TV will air the annual benefit concert Farm Aid live. This year’s telecast will take place Saturday, September 21 from 7:30 p.m. ET to 12:30 a.m. ET, live from East Troy, Wisconsin.

Now it its 34th year, the 2019 edition of Farm Aid will feature performances from the charity’s board members John Mellencamp, Neil Young and Dave Matthews, as well as Farm Aid founder Willie Nelson. Also on the bill: country stars Luke Combs, Brothers Osborne and Tanya Tucker; Nelson’s son Lukas Nelson and his band Promise of The Real; and soul/rock band Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, among others.

Prior the concert, AXS TV will air blocks of interviews and classic concerts all day September 21, including Plain Spoken: John Mellencamp at 9 a.m. ET, Dave Matthews Band: Weekend on the Rocks at 10:30 a.m. ET, a Dan Rather sit-down with Willie Nelson at 11:30 a.m. ET, one with Neil Young at 1:30 p.m. ET, and an interview with Mellencamp at 4 p.m. ET.

Most of these programs will repeat throughout the day, leading up to AXS TV’s live broadcast of Farm Aid 2019.
