Visit Southwest Michigan is inviting everyone to take in the region’s public art through the return of its Southwest Michigan Murals Challenge this year.
The organization says the challenge runs through March 31 of 2027, encouraging participants to visit more than 30 murals across Berrien County and Cass County. Organizers say the challenge is designed to highlight art, culture and communities while giving people a reason to get outdoors and explore.
Anyone can use the Visit Southwest Michigan app to check in at mural locations by uploading photos, and those who visit at least ten murals will receive a $20 gift card from St. Joe Today.
Visit Southwest Michigan says the program builds on two successful years and offers a flexible, year-round activity that can be incorporated into day trips or weekend visits, alongside stops at beaches, shops, and restaurants.
